400 calorie limit today. Best part of sleeping in is not having to eat.
I feel weak though. And my body aches from exercising. I just need to remind myself it’s all worth it. Always worth it.

That’s why the ABC diet works so well, because you’re constantly changing your caloric intake.

I felt like an absolute slob today from what I ate. Basically cheating on my diet. But working out helped me forget about everything else!
