Hey everyone,

I’m sorry for being MIA all weekend. There’s been a lot of shit happening to me that I just can’t quite handle right now. I promise when things turn around a little I’ll be back on here trying to help each and every one of you. I will get to your questions and your kik’s and everything else, I promise. I just need to get through some shit on my own right now.

Skipped work and slept in today.

Fuck it. Happy Friday?

400 calorie limit today. Best part of sleeping in is not having to eat.

I feel weak though. And my body aches from exercising. I just need to remind myself it’s all worth it. Always worth it.

any advice for getting over a plateau?

If you’re kind of stuck in a rut, try changing your exercise routine and your eating habits. You have to not only work different muscles but also make sure your metabolism doesn’t slow down. When you’re body gets into a constant routine it hits a point where you won’t lose as much weight. That’s why the ABC diet works so well, because you’re constantly changing your caloric intake.

Just did a 30 minute intense workout and I feel great.

Seriously. If you don’t workout, you should. Not only will it help you to lose weight and tone your body faster, it gives you such a high and a sense of accomplishment.

I felt like an absolute slob today from what I ate. Basically cheating on my diet. But working out helped me forget about everything else!

Hi sorry to bother you! I;m just wondering if you have any tips on self control and not giving in when you really want food. Thanks so so much!

You’re not a bother at all! And like I said in my last question, try and find things to do that keep you busy and away from food. Personally, I like to workout. I know some like to blog and others will do crafty things. 

And I know I say this in almost every answer but keep drinking a lot of water! It fills you up, it’s great for you skin, and it just really helps your body not desire food!

how do i stop my self from eating?

I wish I completely knew the answer to this. It’s different for everyone but I’ve learned that the best way to keep myself from eating is to keep busy. Do things that don’t allow you to eat. Also, stay away from the places where you would eat the most so if you would always eat while you were watching TV, don’t watch TV. Instead go workout or get out your computer while watching TV so you have something to keep your mind off of it and your hands busy.

I also constantly have water in front of me. Every time I want to eat, I take a drink of water. Not only does it get me in the habit of drinking more water but also gets me in the habit of not eating!

I'm trying to plan out my diet for the day. What do you recomend eating to keep from eating at work? Its kind of hard because I'm a waitress so I was wondering if you had any tips

If I’m eating breakfast then I usually go with apples, bananas or some other sort of fruit. When you’re working at a restaurant I know it can be hard just starring at all the food but try to keeps mints, gum and water around so when you get hungry or the temptation you just have one of those waiting.

I'm disgusting today.

My roommate brought me a cinnamon roll AND a mocha coffee because she knew I was stressing about a paper. I tried to pick but she commented on it. FUCK.

That’s like quadruple what I’m supposed to have today.

God.Damnit.

Well I’m working out at 10. At least that will help a little.

I hate myself. I want to go purge but of course someone is in the shower.

on the ABC Diet when I start eating and try to limit my food amounts, it usually backfires and I just keep eating. Also if I eat breakfast, I tend to get super hungry an hour later. When I don't eat breakfast and don't get hungry till 4pm. What should I do?

When it comes to limiting your food you have to be really careful. It takes a while to get into the habit of only grabbing one pretzel or only one carrot and not just sitting down with the whole bag in front of the TV. But one day it will be possible! If I eat 3 pretzels, I get full now. That’s when I know to stop. You’ll get there too, don’t worry. It just takes time. Until then, never sit down with a whole serving. Cut everything in half and I mean, everything. 

I would definitely say to continue eating breakfast but eat a small amount. Then I just always have a low or zero calorie drink with me and gum (I also smoke cigarettes too but I don’t suggest anyone picking up that habit). Carbonated water is always my drink of choice because carbonation fills me up so you might want to give that a try! 

It’s going to take your body a little while to get used to not eating. The hunger pains will be bad, just remember if this is what you want they’re worth it. They’ll get better eventually and rather than eating being your habit, not eating will become your habit. It all just takes time.

I have been eating only 500 cal a day for about 7 days now and today was my first day of abc and I have a few questions. Should I take vitamins to prevent hair loss cause I know its common and also do you count gross calories or net?

I take a multivitamin every day. It definitely wouldn’t hurt for you to take one too!

And I focus on gross calories because that’s how much you’re putting in your body, if you focus on net there’s a good chance you’ll “reward” yourself because you feel like you can. But that doesn’t mean I don’t subtract the calories I burned. Usually I just like to look at that though.

I'm on day 5 of abc (100). How are you finding it? I feel so light headed and keep stumbling around. I'm beginning to worry as I'm going to a close family friends for the weekend (I'll have to eat around 1200 a day) and feel at the moment I may pass out a lot tomorrow with them or gain back what I've lost this week. Thinking of increasing today to 400 to try to counteract those? Sorry for asking you so randomly about this >< I'm also 5"6 :) At 147 :) Much love! and sorry ><

I’ve been doing okay, not as good as I could but not terrible either. Today (100 since I switched) I started feeling what you’re feeling but I just grabbed a diet coke and got a bit of a sugar rush. Have you been drinking enough water? You should always have a water bottle on you!

And I’d probably suggest if you’re worrying about eating too many calories there definitely watch your portions. My friends eat out all the time and are always inviting me so when I have to go I just eat as little as possible without causing suspicion. I also have a tendency to purge if necessary…like showering after dinner or something and then purging although that’s sometimes not always an option.

If you’re really struggling with feeling light headed and need to eat something make sure you go healthy! Don’t go for the oreos or the chips. Your calories should be good calories from fruits and veggies! Not from processed foods.

i know youre on the abc diet and that you have only been on it 4 days but have you lost any weight, because i have 5 days to lose as much weight as possible and was wondering if it would be a good idea to start this diet ???? xoxox

I definitely wouldn’t suggest the abc diet for immediate weightloss. I’ve lost a little bit (I actually don’t have a scale where I’m living right now so I base it all on looks). I would probably suggest doing a zero calorie/fasting diet and don’t eat anything after 4 or 5 pm if you’re trying to lose weight that fast. And make sure you drink lots of water!

What's the ABC diet? I see a lot of people have been talking about it. And I think I may want to try it

The ABC Diet is the Ana Boot Camp diet. It’s a strict low-calorie diet for 50 days with 5 days of fasting. The one I’m doing is between 50-500 calories but some go up to 800 (there’s a few variations).

If you’re good at being strict about your caloric intake (every little thing counts!) I would highly suggest it!

I’m only on day 4 and even my boyfriend said my stomach looks flatter. It’s all about self-control.

ABC Diet: 4/50 100 cal

I’m switching today and tomorrow’s calories because lord knows I need to save those for my weekend drinking habits.

So far I’ve just had some black tea (no milk or sugar)=0 calories.

ABC Diet: Day 3

15/300 calories today.

Coffee w/ splash of Almond milk-15 cal.

I bought a pack of cigs specifically for the rest of this week…I don’t think carbonated water will kick it.

Now I just need to work around not eating around my roommates.
