It’s different for everyone but I’ve learned that the best way to keep myself from eating is to keep busy. Do things that don’t allow you to eat. Also, stay away from the places where you would eat the most so if you would always eat while you were watching TV, don’t watch TV. Instead go workout or get out your computer while watching TV so you have something to keep your mind off of it and your hands busy.&lt;/p&gt;
